Après quelques années sans utilisation mon compte a été tout simplement supprimé. L’application est devenu instable impossible de faire du paramétrage enregistré. Impossible également de créer un nouveau compte impossible de retrouver l’ancien compte. De plus l’application s’arrête toute seule malgré que la mise à jour a été faite. Bref j’ai un Spark DJI qui ne sert plus à rien. Bizarrement l’appareil n’est plus reconnu il faut faire toutes les activations. comme s’il était obligatoire d’être connecté à Internet avoir un compte actif pour pouvoir faire ce que l’on veut où est mémoriser le profil des équipements ? Pourquoi est-ce perdu. Vraiment pas maîtrisé. Bon courage si ça continue comme ça.

Problème since update

Last use July 26 without problem today after software update i don’t understand what appending,the gimbal go up et down and I can’t control it. I try twice to reboot the ginball it stop to 5% and the second time 25% before to stop , after the second try the gimbal works!! I use it absolutely normally during the flight but after landing and a battery change , the gimbal Problem come again , please DJI do something
