I can’t fly anymore my magic air because it won’t connect to my new iPhone 15 with usb-c

The app rarely works! This particular instance it’s been three straight weeks of no app access which means no flying access! What does DJI do??? Asks you to restart your phone Asks you what phone you’re using Asks you what software update you have on your phone What they actually do is nothing at all for the inconvenience and the time and the trouble and the money you spent to buy their product that you can’t even use! Absolute garbage!

Open the app Start up screen for few sec then it closes Tried it w phone plugged in to remote Without phone plugged to remote Multiple re boots on the phone

Am having issue connect to remote to go share my video it’s don’t work it fail every time it says error no connection.. Also never been able to use the Bluetooth share option with iPhone why is that .. please fix these …

App will not work with a new iPad Pro.

The app is great zero issues runs smooth the only issue I have is that DJI keeps discontinuing their good drones and replacing it with worst drones please stop if you’re seeing this dji please Bring back the Mavic two pro and the Mavic air 👍🙁

I get the splash screen then it crashes. Used to work up until now. Run it on an iPad with everything up to date. Guess i’m going to a competitor’s app unless this gets fixed soon.

I have never had a problem and have alway been abl3 to bring my drone. Home. Thank you for the great service
