Won’t open

Every time I tried to open it crashes. Re install and update won’t solve.

IPad 11 inch not optimised

Over 1 year has passed and the app has still not been updated for the new ipad screen sizes. Absolute joke for such an expensive product.

It will not download

This used to work on Mavric pro iPhone 6, now not? I updated all devices but it will not work so no flying. What is wrong and when is being fixed. We invested with you please help

Bought the Mavic 2 pro, love it

No portrait mode

My iPad only fits into the mavic pro controller slots, in portrait orientation. But this app refuses to rotate to portrait mode. It stays locked in landscape mode. As a result I have to try to balance the iPad on my lap, while holding the controller and flying. Very awkward.

Crashes!

Now it crashes on every single of my devices: Ipad, xiaomi and samsung...i was planing to buy Mavic 2...Won't do that! I won't be able to use it!!!

App won’t update/reload

When I recently updated the app it refused to load on my phone. I’ve been trying to reload the app now for more than 2 weeks. As a result my drone is sitting idle. This is not good enough. Perhaps DJI would like to fix it?!

Unreliable connection to aircraft

The app keeps disconnecting from the aircraft in the middle of the flight,need to restart my iPhone 7 to get it connected , it is not safe,you have to keep aircraft always in sight just in case it won’t reconnect.Dissappointing,can’t concentrate in doing videos and shots..last couple of updates didn’t solve the problem

Editor freezes

Can’t finish the video, once I press complete it freezes on 10% and not moving anywhere
