A paid app that still give you advertisements
I paid for this app years ago, but for some reason they’re still injecting ads for their own subscription service and you cannot bypass them. Multiple emails to support are ignored.
it’s a shame because the app does exactly what it’s meant to do, greedy product decisions ruined it.
Pretty swaggy
The subscription is probably worth it if you actually use the apps
SCAM: beware or they’ll steal your money
I paid $19.99 for an upgrade I didn’t receive. I only upgraded so the constant pop ups asking me to upgrade would finally go away. They took my money, but didn’t upgrade me. I tried to restart the app and use the “restore purchase” option numerous times without luck. Not only was the upgrade not applied, the pop ups asking me to pay $19.99 again are still constantly there. I emailed the developer (got no response) and requested a refund (which got denied). This is fraud and highly unethical. It’s a shame because the app itself is good. I will be reporting them to my credit card company for fraud if they keep ignoring and refusing to refund me.
Lifetime subscription is a scam
Let me start by saying I love this app and if you don’t mind paying $60 per year, go for it. It’s a great app! However, the support is nonexistent, and they do not respond to emails. They tried to charge me again after I bought the “lifetime subscription”. Now I can no longer use the app without paying for another “lifetime subscription”. Don’t fall for it
Paid, still getting ads
I liked this app a lot and thought it was well designed and helpful. I decided to pay for it, but I’m still getting ads and no additional functionality. Messaging support got no response.
Paid $19.99 to track unlimited habits but still got the basic version
Clicked the offer of paying $19.99 once to track unlimited habits but until now, I can only track 3 habits. I like the app’s minimalistic design so I decided to keep using it and purchase the upgraded version. However, I am not interested in getting the growth bundle, but unless I pay more for the growth bundle, I don’t think they will give me the upgraded version of the app. Please, someone assist me on this problem. I want to get what I paid for.
This app is worthless now
Don’t spent your money. It’s glitched out and just asks you to buy a lifetime membership and doesn’t work anymore.
Scammed on lifetime membership purchase!
Purchased the lifetime membership deal when it was offered in the app. But it was not honored! I paid for it, but none of the premium features were enabled. And frustratingly, I continued getting offered the lifetime membership deal whenever I opened the app. I even tried re-purchasing and it errors saying that I’ve already purchased it. But still no premium features. Contacted support several times, over a month, no response at all. Do not recommend.
Are we there yet?
When the HECK are they going to fix this one overwhelmingly bad glitch? This dumb ad for purchasing an upgrade will never go away and it’s preventing the addition of any more habits. I used to rave about this app. Now I grin and bear it while trying to track the habits I’ve been tracking with it. Your paying supporters deserve better! Help!
Update: It’s now June, and in 2024, my personal opinion is that they should’ve changed the name from “done” to “dumb.”
What is going on?
I used this app for years and recently came back to it to track some new habits. I was prompted to purchase an $80 lifetime membership, which I did (the charge went through!) but the app doesn’t seem to recognize that… even when I hit “restore purchases.” I can’t make more than 3 habits and I’ve been charged $80. What gives?
