Great product - flawless performance

We are using this system to manage remote gate access. The system performs as advertised for local keypad and remote access. Remote Ethernet access is connected over WiFi link due to distance form main residence and perform flawlessly. Web remote camera view, notification and gate control works reliably. Overall great product

Waste of money

Diesel.Mechanic on

Spent a lot of money on the video intercom system. It’s laggy at best when it does work, which is seldom. Leaves us walking outside constantly to open the gate manually.

Terrible

Probably the worst software I’ve had to use regularly. My building installed Doorbird and it’s consistently slow, buggy, and downright broken. No updates for 6 months? Please invest in full-time software engineers.

I like the product except for……..

Sad gate guy on

I wish there was a way to disable the bell at certain times. We have tried to turn off ringer and it did not work. So we have had people who are lost ring the bell at night and wake our kids.

Wireless ring bell keeps loosing the internet connection.

Wireless ring bell keeps loosing the internet connection. No other device has similar issue in that part of the house, the internet signal is very strong. Disappointing product.

Slow, buggy and drops connection frequently. Junk app and product.

parthb on

Had this for over a year and it is frustratingly slow. Has a significant lag time which confuses people delivering packages and causes them to ring the bell multiple times before it even registers. I would look at different products nexkde considering DoorBird.
