Very slow response, by the time we get a connection the caller has left
Product is too slow to respond when using data - by the time it connects the initiator of the call has gone - really annoying!

The DoorBird App provides mobile access to DoorBird IP Video Door Stations. Using the app, you can see and hear your visitors in real time, speak with them or unlock the door. When visitors press your doorbell, you receive a push notification on your iPhone or iPad and can immediately answer your door – from anywhere in the world. Regularly missing visitors
It may be my installation but I’m regularly finding that we don’t get notifications when the door bell is pressed. The camera is working fine but I need to get to the bottom of the missed alerts.

It takes too long for the video connection, by the time the video connects the courier or visitor have gone.

Great product that we have had installed for 2 years. Only complaint is quality of sound when speaking to visitors

Installed a few now , they work very well , the only challenge is setup , It should be easier time Is money .
