I have a new phone so while setting up, I did the usual, request for code , keyed in immediately and it said it’s invalid.

Terrible
There was no sound coming out. It was sooo laggy, it also took so much data. Do not use this app!!!
Photo Upload
Photo(s) uploading is very very slow…
Getting bad to worse.
Terrible experience as a paying member. Keeps on crashing when the app updates my gallery. Messaged in and no help or improvements to the app. Basically nothing done. Warning to anyone wanting to sign up as a paying member.
Worse app ever use
The worse app I ever use. Upload file take hour to finish. Pay the amount of money yet did not receive the same service. If continue I might as well look for other better apps to use
Unable to open PDF
I was at an amusement park gate but delayed everyone because Dropbox wouldn’t able to open PDF e-tickets that were saved. No such problem when opening the same file using email. Definitely will not trust Dropbox again. It can’t even get the basics right.
Reverse, Pause/Play, Forward buttons for audio files (mp3)
Very recently Dropbox has control buttons (eg. Reverse, Pause/Play, Forward) for audio files like mp3 files. I really enjoyed being able to reverse a few seconds while listening to audio recordings. Just today or yesterday, this feature disappeared. I would like Dropbox to bring back this feature for audio files.
Latest update 18 Nov 2022 poor performance
Hi, I love your product and have been a paying customer for many years. However, the performance in iOS & iPadOS 16.1 & 16.1.1 is poor, compared to 15.7 previously. Hope this feedback helps. Thank you.
