Buggy, unsupported
Since tvOS 15.5, the videos randomly stopped and I have to step forward some seconds and wait more than 2 minutes to continue… It’s a shame… and we got the last update 2 years ago, when it couldn’t play anything.

Update please.
The first login method its all Ok, but the profile changing it’s to complicate. We want to use with more people in my family, but different age. The logout & relogin with kid profile is not so easy for the kids. Please copy the netlix or Hbo Max profile change method. Easy, fast & family friend. I think the synology is market leader in the home Nas system, but now in 2022 out of date this procedure. I understand the home nas is not best business, but more users like this system. Please make it better for friendly usage.
Chromecast play
Unfortunately don’t play with chromecast.
Downloaded play
Why can't I play "downloaded" movies within the app?

Nem játsza le az MKV-és az AVI formátumot!!!
Minek van ez az App ha a leszedett filemeket, illetve nas-on lévő filmeket NEM játsza le app-on keresztül...
Lot of bugs
It would be nice to control the video form lock screen too.
Chromecast support is not perfect
Most of the HD videos (with H.264/AC3 codec) stop playing after a short time and never starts again (DS216 Play tried with Chromecast and Chromecast Ultra).
Not bad
There are .mkv files i can play and there are .mkv files which are not supported..
Annoying bugs
This application could be a great application but it has some minor stability issues: Many times when I try to stream to my chromecast the application mute my chromecast and it is not allow to increase the volume, after some time the chromecast application crashes. This is really annoying and it is frequent than before. It could be the best application for movie streaming but this annoying issue makes the whole application annoying.
