Browsing is made easy as your videos are sorted in different libraries, and each movies has its information retrieved online automatically. And if you have connected HDHomeRun devices with DVB-T standard to the same local area network as your Synology NAS, you will also be able to record TV programs, as well as view the TV program to manage the recording schedule even when on the move.

MKV still not supported

after so many years, a video player and video station even unable to handle MKV videos

Good app for Synology NAS owners

I’ve had the various versions of this for the last 2 years. It’s my main local media streaming app. Happy with it, easily streams my movies to the various screens around the house. I download my media to my iPhone and iPad for offline viewing. I access my media library from elsewhere to check what I’ve already got before purchasing. However it does struggle to stream my media when I’m not on the same wifi or Ethernet connection.

No native streaming to Apple TV!

Only screen mirroring which is total pants for a media app. You can can do way better Synonolgy!
