The „confirmation mail“ doesn‘t have a confirm link, so I couldn‘t even get started. And why do I have to set up an account in the first place to use this app? Whats the reason they want my data?

Praktisches Tool mit guten Support
Hatte aus versehen doppelt lizenziert, einmal über Windows und einmal über Apple. Support hat mir schnell und kundenorientiert geholfen. Das Tool selbst ist eh klasse für den Zweck
Warum nur Kreditkartenzahlung möglich????
Ich hätte die App gerne getestet und war auch durchaus bereit die jährliche Gebühr zu zahlen…allerdings ist die Zahlung nur mit Kreditkarte möglich! Wie unflexibel kann man sein? Wir leben im Jahr 2022…schon mal was von Paypal gehört? 🤦🏼♂️
Super Support konnte aber nur bedingt helfen.
Die Windows App lief bei mir anfangs gar nicht. Durch den schnellen und freundlichen Support bekam ich den richtigen Tipp und habe sie dann doch zum Laufen gebracht. Leider war es keine dauerhafte Lösung und ich müsste den erforderlichen Workaround mit Verstellen der Windows Regions- und Datumseinstellungen vor jedem Nutzen der App erneut machen.
Nicht abonnierbar mit girocard
Das es sich hierbei um ein Abo handelt war mir schon klar, leider kann ich dieses mit meiner girocard / Sparkassenkarte nicht abschließen. Akzeptiert wird nur Kreditkarte. Sehr schade… Ich hätte mir gewünscht, das Abo über Apple Store zu kaufen.

The login screen is poorly design, so I can’t access the login button. It’s hidden by the wizard bar. Please fix.
Tech support is absolutely amazing
The tech support team tried their best to resolve an issue I experienced with the app. I found them to be patient, creative and friendly.
