MacBook Pro 2015 with iPad 11 pro is extremely slow wireless with a delay of seconds. Wired also not snappy enough. With photoshop it’s more or less useless as windows will not size fullscreen.
I’m a longterm lifetime paid user of this app. It is such a convenience and addition to my lifestyle. This is superior to Apple’s own Sidecar feature. In addition, since M1 Macs for some reason still can’t have a basic feature such as using 2 external monitors, this app helped with making my iPad an additional screen. Over the years when I traded my iPad in for an android tablet, I could still use the android tablet as a second screen for my M1 mac.
Have you ever paid for an app that you liked but eventually had an issue and felt that you were speaking into a black hole? That doesn’t happen with this product and team. I rely on this app daily when I travel to avoid carrying my professional and personal devices with me. It is the best Remote Desktop app I’ve used, and have tried most all of them. I recently had an issue with app’s functionality when accessing from my iPad. I emailed support, received a response within the same day, and eventually by going through checks and suggestions the client service representative made was able to get things back to normal. All too rare to have good experiences like this. Kudos for a great product and great customer support. Thank you!
