Non funziona più

Su iPad Air iOS 12 non funziona più, dopo aver pagato l’abbonamento annuale. Inconcepibile. L’app crassa in apertura

Sono un’illustratrice e utilizzo l’app per usare il mio iPad come se fosse una tavoletta grafica. Con iPad pro M1, Mac M1 e pc windows 10 trovo funzioni tutto perfettamente. Io non ho avuto lag di nessun tipo e riesco a lavorare senza problemi (senza utilizzare il touch con le dita, perchè in questo caso non risponde molto bene, ma semplicemente usando pencil e tastiera, proprio come se fosse una tavoletta). È vero che è difficile capire all’inizio che app utilizzare, ma per questo vi consiglio di andare prima sul sito da desktop che rende le cose più facili. Essendo il prezzo un pagamento annuo non è così costoso, specialmente considerando quanto costosi siano ad esempio i programmi Adobe che utilizzo per il mio lavoro. Lo trovo un pagamento accettabile, specialmente per un buon prodotto. Inoltre, per qualsiasi problema che possiate avere, consiglio vivamente di contattare l’assistenza che è estremamente disponibile e risponde subito. Io ho avuto dei problemi, che una volta menzionati sono stati risolti grazie ad un aggiornamento dell’app successivo. Credo che quest’app abbia un enorme potenziale e che col tempo possa diventare sempre più stabile ed efficente. Vivamente consigliata (anche perchè di app o prodotti che fanno la stessa cosa così bene ad un prezzo minore non ne ho trovati).

The app doesn’t work in windows 11

I bought the app and I installed duet app in windows. The app in windows doesn’t open and I can’t use my iPhone as another screen. I’m very disappointed about the app. It’s terrible and it is a frode!!!! Don’t try, it is useless !!!

Vergognoso

+++ NON ACQUISTATE SE NON SIETE SICURI AL 100%+++ Non è possibile disdire l’abbonamento durante la settimana di prova, che dovrebbe essere di prova appunto. Per poterlo fare sono costretta ad aspettare che mi vengano presi i 32€ dell’abbonamento, che ho preso appunto perché sono un’artista digitale e speravo in un buon prodotto. Ovviamente volevo disdire perché non è minimamente veloce o precisa come indicato e per quel prezzo mi aspettavo quantomeno una qualità superiore alle innumerevoli app che fanno gratuitamente quello che fa Duet. Tengo a precisare che utilizzo un signor pc nuovissimo e molto potente e un iPad pro che ha poco più di 7 mesi, quindi due macchinari in grado di gestire cose molto più pesanti di un’app come questa. Lagga, sgranatissimo (ho provato con tutti i settaggi) e questo rende praticamente impossibile utilizzare l’apple pencil. Molto male.

I paid for one year instead of a 7 days trial

I wanted to try the app, chose the 7-days trial-then-subscription, and I’ve been immediately charged for the whole annual fee without even bein able to see if it worked for me. Disgusting.

Il cursore è lento

Ho trovato il cursore sul secondo schermo lento, non credo sia un problema dell'ipad perché il mio è il pro 12.9 con M1, quindi potentissimo, bensì dell'app. Se riesco a fixare questo problema inizierò l'abbonamento, altrimenti farò la disdetta.

Sono stato 30 minuti a provare di registrarmi ma l’errore mi dava sempre di che la password è errata tutto questo comunque per farvi pagare l’altra appp

Versione di prova TRUFFA

Una volta avviata la versione di prova non c’è modo di disdire l’abbonamento prima di pagare i 32 euro della versione a pagamento, se li contatti dicono che loro non possono fare niente e di contattare l’app store

Fantastica se non per il prezzo…

App fantastica per chi non dispone di sidecar direttamente sul proprio Mac. L’unica pecca, il prezzo troppo alto per l’abbonamento annuale della versione pro. Ma, comunque sia, consiglio vivamente.
