Problema con la suscripción
Qué tal, tengo un problema con mi suscripción, ya que en mi iPad no me detecta la suscripción y en mi Macbook si y es muy molesto que solo me deje conectarme 10 minutos si ya me suscribí. Ayuda por favor

Cancelación de suscripción
Para cancelar la suscripción hay que irse a tu cuenta de App Store y hay 3 opciones ( compradas, suscripciones y notificaciones) entras a suscripciones y buscas la app que quieres cancelar ( Duet Air) y ahí viene la opción de “cancelar suscripción” Espero que les ayude esta reseña!
Cobran aunque canceles
Cancele la suscripción DIAS antes de que se cumpliera el plazo para pagarla y aún así me la quieren cobrar! Tengan su tarjeta bloqueada porque TE LO COBRAN AUNQUE HAYAS CANCELADO A TIEMPO
No funciona
Primer dia de prueba y todo ok Segundo dia- dejo de funcionar reinicie muchas veces la app, reinicie mi ipad, reinicie mi mac y nada. Tercer dia- reinstale todo, app en mac y en ipad y funciono de nuevo, mas tarde dejo de funcionar. Conclusion: no es madura o algo falta para que sea constante el uso. Como cancelo para que no me cobren despues del periodo de prueba?
No hay forma de cancelar, en un timo!
Prometen que puedes cancelar en cualquier momento y no es cierto. No hay en ninguna parte de la aplicación un botón, una liga, NADA!!!!!!! No hay manera de cancelarlo antes de que generen el cobro, lo que es un abuso pues “venden” con una promesa distinta. Yo me equivoqué de App, baje la Air por error, ya pagué por la otra App de DUET y ahora que quiero cancelar la que no es, no hay forma. Nadie responde los correos y no hay ningún sitio en donde se pueda hacer.
Ni lo descarguen
Apenas entre ni si quiera me dejaron probarla directamente me intentaron cobrar, no se lo recomiendo.

Se supone que la Air es para no pagar y al final me termina cobrando ???!!! En el que si pagas también te cobra la suscripción???
Slow as agony
Down loaded for trial but it is really slow without cable. Son way to work or do any thing. Maybe is about my PC … Maine next time. I’ll keep using cable but there ara many apps for free now. Go on keep working.
Laggy,Apple Pencil too sensitive on some software
Laggy workflow, may work as a second monitor but not to draw fast
NO ES LO QUE ESPERABA :C
Hay latencia incluso cuando tienes la tablet conectada, obviamente esto es de iPad a Windows, pero se me hace difícil darle una buena calificación por ello, también la calidad de imagen deja mucho que desear.
