Big step forward
Since I do the DC routines, my performance on the bike is improving to new levels! My aches (especially knees) are gone!! Cheers for that! I can recommend to try this, if you want to be a better cyclist with less pains.

I found that one accidentally when I was struggling with heavy knee pain related to cycling. The specific rehab and injury prevention courses really helped to get pain free quite quickly. Of course in an ideal world one should use the program as a real daily routine. But with two small children and an exhausting job I am lucky to find enough time for the time consuming hobby cycling itself. So of course I do not use it daily but often - especially during bad weather or if I get caught by some aching here and there. This routines really help me all the time to get rid of that again quite fast. Two to three weeks of consequent following will do it usually… The usability of the app could be better but the old one was much worse and further the support is really great and improvement suggestions are really implemented. Four well deserved stars overall.
I am into the training for several weeks now and it feels really good. I especially like the detailed explanations of the exercises and I think I already feel an improvement in my hips and my back. The app is easy to handle.
