在线客服从来不在线，订单也没有人配送。一个午饭等到晚饭，非常烂

会员里面送的券基本上都不能用，只能抵消运费，但这家的运费比别的外卖公司都要贵。我现在想取消账号也没地方去取消、每个星期都有不同的垃圾短信发到我的手机上、烦死了。

2.4km is out of delivery range?

The restaurants within 3km radius all showed as “out of delivery range” for me and can’t even place orders.... 三分钟车程都不到怎么就不在配送范围了？那配送范围是否应该写清楚，不要浪费别人的感情...

送餐服务太差

他们真的应该换些人来送餐，每次至少四十分钟后，而且几次都是送错，告诉我出来拿餐然后送错，然后又回来送给我！没有一次顺利送给我的

外賣時間1小時20分鐘

我們等了餐點等了1小時20分鐘，途中我們不想等了，聯繫電話客服/ 微信客服/ App 線上客服，都沒有人，直到東西來了，我按了確認餐點，他們就馬上出現處理這件事，他們還說，我說湯都涼了，飯也涼了，還要拿去微波，我說我不要了，客服說，妳已經按了，但這真的很不公平，我打電話，你們不接聯繫你們的軟件，不理. 只給三塊無門檻賠償. 你們這樣的態度，讓客人很心酸，不如我自己走去買，飯菜湯都還會是熱的.

Disappointed

I was so disappointed with my first order. I saw the order already picked up by the driver; however, I’ve been waiting for more than 40 minutes to get my meal ( the restaurant is about 15 minutes drive). I wouldn’t use this app if I knew it’s gonna be that late. The driver explained because he got several orders from the company while picking up my meal so that he was waiting for other restaurants to get foods and deliver them to different customers at once. So, if you are hungry but need to get delivery service, try other company then.
