Always waiting more than a hour. Bad delivery services. Bad customer services. I will delete this app and won’t use it again. Better just use Uber eats.

Annoying service, always very slow. The drivers pick up and deliver multiple orders at a time which is annoying and you can see when your food is ready was ready up to 30mins or more before a driver will leave. This app is the only one that has certain restaurants which is a shame because the food is always soggy and cold by the time it arrives. Needs a priority service.

Long delivery time

The app has extremely long delivery times and I don’t have a problem with that, but with their lack of communication. Currently I’ve been waiting for 45mins for my order to be picked up by the driver, so chances are my food will be cold and soggy. If they had a warning before placing the order that the wait is likely to be very long then it’s okay, but just like this, it’s not.

There is always a screw up with the merchant or driver. Never on time. Only frustrating

Poor Service

Signed up and placed an order with a local restaurant. Got a phone call within 5 mins of placing the order saying they didn’t have any drivers in that area and the delivery was going to take 2 hours! So my order was cancelled. What a waste of time. Also wasn’t very straight forward on how to sign up/register.

Don’t bother ordering through these guys cause they can’t deliver anything

You claim your a food delivery service but yet can’t make any delivery’s. I’m now up to my fourth time in a row where my order had to be canceled because EASI have called me to say they are unable to deliver my order within 2 hours! 4th time In a row now! Honestly, who ever is managing this service really needs to take a good look at themselves because frankly if you can’t deliver food then you should not be in this business. Simple.

False promotion and traps everywhere

I ordered some food after seeing their promotion, which was giving $15 store credit if using MasterCard and another $15 if adding MasterCard as preferred payment method. After almost 2 days, no store credit at all. I contacted the customer service, she said they decided to end the promotion 7 days earlier. But on the app, the promotion is still popping up and displaying on the app vividly. When I ordered the food, it says on the app that when you order more than $50, it deducts 6km delivery fee. I ordered $59. After paid and checking the receipt, I realised they did not deduct 6km delivery at all! I contacted the customer service again, she said I have to enter the promo code to get the 6km free. I explained that I was not familiar with using it and asked whether I can get 6km delivery fee refunded. They refused me and said it was clearly written on the app. I went back to check and found the tiny tiny font which was not even clear. Watch out for EASI’s trap!!!! Such a cheating business!
