Waiting for an hour still no delivery guy. Use the customer service and they only tell you to wait?! Seriously?!

The restaurant closed early, showing a successful refund, but I waited for two months and did not receive the money. No contact number , no customer service, they won't even set up a robot. What's the difference from a scam? Keep going if you dare, once the amount is enough, I will sue immediately.

Over an hour for a 6km delivery. Driver completed 3 other deliveries on the way so our food arrived cold and very late. Tried to cancel and requested a refund and was told no just wait. Will never use this again and recommend you don’t either

My last couple of were soooooo late, it was ridiculous - even if I pay for express service. Feedback disabled. Total waste of money. I am deleting the app.

Customer service is garbage, poor service Why is the fried rice like this this time? Before, the fried rice was packaged in plastic wrap and the portion was very large. I could got the cheesecake for 34 dollar. But if we order on easi and pick up we pay47. The cane store is just next to our door.

The most rubbish food delivery app, delivery normally take one and half hours and driver’s attitude is bad.

Never on time delivery ! Hot food become cold food! Cold drink become warm drink!!
