I would not recommend this company they change drivers four times from our order and my order has been sitting at its place of order for over 30 minutes the order will now be cold and this is not acceptable under Australian food standards I would be not ordering from this company as you will never ever get your order and they just offer you a minimal creditI would suggest using something better than this app and this company as they are 100% incompetent on what they do as are there drivers

不知道是我在送外卖还是我在点外卖！骑手因为我没听清他说话之后大声问他，送到了居然直接质问我能不能好好说话。没有服务态度就不要送外卖！

I hate this app that does not tell you if there are delivery people around where your order is. Sometimes it pasts 2 hours delivery frame ,and the food is not safe to be consumed. But you won’t get a refund.

Waiting for an hour still no delivery guy. Use the customer service and they only tell you to wait?! Seriously?!

The restaurant closed early, showing a successful refund, but I waited for two months and did not receive the money. No contact number , no customer service, they won't even set up a robot. What's the difference from a scam? Keep going if you dare, once the amount is enough, I will sue immediately.

Over an hour for a 6km delivery. Driver completed 3 other deliveries on the way so our food arrived cold and very late. Tried to cancel and requested a refund and was told no just wait. Will never use this again and recommend you don’t either

My last couple of were soooooo late, it was ridiculous - even if I pay for express service. Feedback disabled. Total waste of money. I am deleting the app.

Customer service is garbage, poor service Why is the fried rice like this this time? Before, the fried rice was packaged in plastic wrap and the portion was very large. However, this time it seemed like someone had eaten half of the fried rice and there was no plastic wrap and the portion was small. Is it the morning store? Are you packing the leftover fried rice that the customer ate and giving it to me? You won’t answer the phone, and the customer service hasn’t come to resolve it. Is this how your store does business? Is your business so bad?
