ive used your apps for several years now and Im still having the same issues! your app is frequently unresponsive and forcing users to update the app even if the last update was 2 years ago and I just downloaded the app and should have the latest update.

The worst is their new app. This is the second runner up being the worst app ever created.

The worst mobile app ever

I funded my account April 16th and my due date is April 20th. And I received an email that my April payment was unsettled and was charge late fees and bouncing check fee though my account was funded ahead of time. And the deposited amount I made was already gone and now they are telling me that ot was not posted. Worst thing is the app won’t display anything when you tried opening it. I don’t agree that I have to pay any charges they accused me when my account was funded ahead of time. It’s on their ends fault and not mine.
