Government should take action
Easypaisa is doing fraud by deducting money from user’s account for biometric verification. Every time you do verification they will instantly deduct 99 from your account and biometric will fail. I’ve spend more than 1000 for such verifications and I would say it’s just a scam. Lanat on easypaisa

Remittance takes longer to be processed
When ever I transfer money to my easy paisa account from overseas then it takes too long to be processed and the ATM card given by the easy paisa should be the Visa debit card because most of the merchants don’t accept the card given by easy paisa for online purchasing.
Very heavy and poor app
It's is so heavy app doesn't work properly in poor internet connection
Login issues
My account has been created on iPhone but I can’t sign in. I have money in that account. Since I can’t sign in. I can not withdraw my money. Lots of complaints have been made to easypaisa helping line. By my problem is never been solved
Error.
Everytime i try to send money to someone, it says error ESB99154.
Worst service
There is no partial payment for Zong postpaid customers..
