Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. It's like having a personal diet assistant.
We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a day's meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like.
As a premium user, we'll automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when you're ready.
- Follow any eating style or create your own (works for keto, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, and more)
- Hit your macros and calorie targets every day
- Empower yourself with automatic control over your diet
- Take the anxiety out of picking what to eat
- Personalize any of our recipes and they'll replace the original
- Reduce food waste
- Don't like our suggestions? Easily swap them out or configure the generator to only use foods you like
- Manage your virtual pantry (with a premium account)
Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. And by the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near the nutrition targets you're trying to reach. With our automatic planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you, and all you have to do is follow the plan.

I just downloaded this app, it looks promising but I have to say I have already noticed a problem. I put no gluten for my meal options, and the first lunch it gave me included a hamburger bun. I had to go in on a separate category and check no bread to take that out of my meals. That’s should be labeled in the gluten category as all regular bread has gluten. Now I have a dairy intolerance as well, and so I checked no dairy, but one of my meals has ranch dressing for it? So this is a problem for people with food intolerances or allergies, as I still have to find my own alternative if the app suggests things I can eat.
I am going to complete my 14 day trial though, and update my review as I go. Just was surprised at this oversight as I filled out my information.
App won’t even let me in.
I downloaded the app and it keeps telling me to message customer support because it won’t log me in with any of the options. It’s unfortunate but it’s waisting time. I’ll try another app instead.
Overcharged and lied to
This was supposed to be a 14 day free trial. Monthly charge is $14.99, so where did $26.99 come from? Have to dispute with my bank 😒 this app better be worth it
Love it but room for improvement
This app is amazingly helpful. It will auto generate meal plans based off your macros setting so you can hit your macro/calorie goals, with alternative options for meals you don’t love. However this app could be more user friendly. The bar code scanner doesn’t like to scan and alot of foods are not in the data base. There should be a way to filter recipes by type like side or protein shake. Also there should be a way to take all ingredients logged for a meal and save it as a recipe so you don’t have to keep copying all ingredients to a different day. Editing recipes and saving them to your meal plan could be easier as well. Also after you scan a food there should be recent tab. So many time I scanned something and it didn’t save right so I had to dig through the garbage to scan again, which is already annoying enough on top of the scanner not being all that easy to use.
No two week trial!
It charged my card immediately! There is No free trial!!!!!
Great app, great customer service
Best meal planner app out there, great recipes built in, and when I needed help customer service was excellent
Intuitive design meets meal planning mastery
Bravo to the EatThisMuch team! As someone deeply involved in UX design, I'm thoroughly impressed by the app's intuitive and thoughtful interface. Navigating the planner is a breeze, and the search functionality for recipes is spot-on. What truly elevates this app is its robust meal customization, allowing me to align my digital planning with real-world goals seamlessly.
Kudos to the team for executing this so well. Eagerly awaiting the integration of extended family preferences—a feature I'm optimistic is on the horizon. Can't wait to experience the next wave of enhancements. Keep up the remarkable work!
Family
I like the app but I wish they had a family plan so I could add my whole family weights so we can figure out group meals that work out for all of us or at least just a couple of peoples weight
Better than Noom!
I’ve been trying to lose weight all year and STRUGGLING. I paid for Noom and it was very stressful to use. Once I found this app, eating better became so much easier. I love that I can customize my days, save days and weeks and that I’m actually seeing results! The grocery/pantry function is a little glitchy but you have to be patient and pay attention to detail. You won’t regret using this app!
Good foundation… let me know when it is finished
I really liked the fact that this app has a grocery store and a pantry feature and that you can set the number of meal you plan to eat as well as the Fat/Protien/Carb ratio you want and that it will give you meals base on that ratio. I found it quite useless that the meals it gave you were not based on ingredients you had. I would also like a feature where I can choose ingredients to add to my meal and have the app tell me how much to add to reach a specific ratio and calorie amount and suggest other items/quantities from my pantry to complete my meal to the ratio I want. I may not need a recipe to make a meal, I might just need random ingredients that add up properly.
