I think Eato is going to help me a lot! You see, I am a bit under weight so Eato is helping me
Stole my money
Paid for a year, got it for a day. Locked out. Customer service is basically online forum. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled. Answered about 30 questions again and now it’s letting me track again. What a pain.
7 day trial trick
I wanted to try the app and thought the 7 day trial was a good option. It popped up with a discount and said no 7 day trial and I clicked off of the option but it still signed me up for 3 month (instead of the yearly discount which also doesn’t include the trial! I cancelled immediately and I am still being charged. Their customer service does not work- server is busy! That being said I also am not happy with the app. $30!!! for nothing.

You guys need to improve your AI cameras it’s not doing too well so far. I’m entering everything manually. Your AI doesn’t work. Great your scanners don’t work great your barcode scanner doesn’t work well all of them are giving me problems. They can’t seem to find anything but it’s a good idea to see you improve some of this stuff.
Cannot Edit Exercise
I will update my review to a 5 star the minute they let you edit the tracked exercise. It double counts calories. You record a workout, and it records the calories. But it also tracks the steps from that workout and records those, too. It’s double counting calories. I just want to be able to edit it! No option whatsoever. I’ve reached out to support with no response.

Not as good as free apps
Need to be able to enter amended portion/amount /weight of food. When I scan my bar codes, I can't amend the amount that I am eating. For example, if I only eat 1/4 of the amount I want to be able to enter in ounces, or grams. There is no option for grams ounces half cup 3rd cup 4th cup, etc.. Not user friendly in that manner.
