It’s a great app for calorie tracking the latest update is great that it takes into consideration the calories burnt. The only problem is that it shows much more calories burnt than my Apple Watch. I don’t understand where it takes its information from. It would be great to set the app to read the calories burnt from the Apple Watch or the health app.
My personal advise is to stay away from this app. I was charge for a annual subscription where I should have been given a 7 day trial period instead. I downloaded and installed the app so I can test it. When I was asked for the subscription type and period,I choosed the annual subscription with a 7day trial period. After a few seconds of being on the same page I received a promo for discount and the annual subscription dropped to half. There was no warning or sign that the 7 day trial period will not be effective or avaliable. Otherwise, I wouldn't pay such an amount for an app that I don't know or need. Now I am struggling with the support so I can get a refund. This is no a good way of making money people. The process should be clear enough so customers can easily understand what their options are.
It would be perfect if we are able to add barcodes from all over world. Or by taking a picture of micronutrient of the box and the food in order to save it in the database!

Paid for a year, got it for a day. Locked out. Customer service is basically online forum. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled. Answered about 30 questions again and now it’s letting me track again. What a pain.
I wanted to try the app and thought the 7 day trial was a good option. It popped up with a discount and said no 7 day trial and I clicked off of the option but it still signed me up for 3 month (instead of the yearly discount which also doesn’t include the trial! I cancelled immediately and I am still being charged. Their customer service does not work- server is busy! That being said I also am not happy with the app. $30!!! for nothing.
You guys need to improve your AI cameras it’s not doing too well so far. I’m entering everything manually. Your AI doesn’t work. Great your scanners don’t work great your barcode scanner doesn’t work well all of them are giving me problems. They can’t seem to find anything but it’s a good idea to see you improve some of this stuff.
I will update my review to a 5 star the minute they let you edit the tracked exercise. It double counts calories. You record a workout, and it records the calories. But it also tracks the steps from that workout and records those, too. It’s double counting calories. I just want to be able to edit it! No option whatsoever. I’ve reached out to support with no response.
literally the ENTIRE app is locked behind a pay wall. you can’t log or do anything. the recipes it gives you is nice but that’s it.
