During the trial period, you can manage your subscription and cancel by going to your 'Account Settings'. After being charged, you may turn off auto-renewal by visiting the same section. Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but they will not refund the current subscription. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Eato is forcefully trying to rob my money. It is a trap to take money out of your pockets without you being aware that you have subscribed or not! It is charging me without informing me for i have already removed this app from my phone
Fake App
They charge upfront for full year on installation during free trial 7 day period. After complaint I came to know that on discount 7 day trial period does not apply which was not informed on the Apple during activation. I am not using the app and I was charged 36 dollars

Its a bad bad bad bad application. They showed me 7 days free trial and deduct around 6000 per month after attaching my card. Even they are bot calculating it correct. Worst application I have even seen

This app is fraud
I regret paying because all the do is false promises. There AI identification can not calculate the calories at all. Let aside calories, it can not even identify the food. They barcode scanner literally doesn’t work at all.

I think Eato is going to help me a lot! You see, I am a bit under weight so Eato is helping me
Stole my money
Paid for a year, got it for a day. Locked out. Customer service is basically online forum. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled. Answered about 30 questions again and now it’s letting me track again. What a pain.
7 day trial trick
I wanted to try the app and thought the 7 day trial was a good option. It popped up with a discount and said no 7 day trial and I clicked off of the option but it still signed me up for 3 month (instead of the yearly discount which also doesn’t include the trial! I cancelled immediately and I am still being charged. Their customer service does not work- server is busy! That being said I also am not happy with the app. $30!!! for nothing.
