Inaccurate A1 scans
I purchased this app today. Weighed my food - ea portion - and also did AI scan. Each time the AI cal count came in much less than the weight calorie count. Not happy. Misleading. Want a refund.

During the trial period, you can manage your subscription and cancel by going to your 'Account Settings'. After being charged, you may turn off auto-renewal by visiting the same section. Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but they will not refund the current subscription. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Barcode reader joke
I have tried the barcode reader some stuff not recognised and manual filling in not user friendly if you had the list breakdown of the nutrition info might be useful and when barcode does read it’s saying item has zero calories. I would like refund

Customer support ignores emails!
UI/UX nice but the AI is getting everything wrong
Tried the app and played a bit with it. The AI feature was the main reason I installed the app for. It does the job and pretty much spot when it comes to what you have on your plate but man….he is so wrong with the calories counter and the worst is that I cant even edit the result. The only option I have is to either add it as it is or else ignore it…which is somehow stupid because he gets the ingredients correct so at least allow me to edit the calories intake. Anyhow, uninstalled and cancelled my subscription.

I think Eato is going to help me a lot! You see, I am a bit under weight so Eato is helping me
Stole my money
Paid for a year, got it for a day. Locked out. Customer service is basically online forum. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled. Answered about 30 questions again and now it’s letting me track again. What a pain.
