Some flaws to correct urgently.
Nice application and nice drivers but unfortunately 2 major flaws. Big discrepancy between the time announced and the real time. Often it mentions 2 to 3 minutes but have to wait more than 8 to 10 minutes. I always order booster seat for my child safety but often, either no booster seat available or the rear seat belt not functioning. Apart from that, Ecabs drivers are the best! Please correct so I will use more your app.

De l’aéroport jusque notre location:véhicule disponible en 5mn, qui vous appelle pour vous localiser De la location à L’aéroport : réservation d’une voiture pour 4h de matin !!, le conducteur nous appelle à 3h59 pour nous signifier qu’il nous attends en bas !! Top De plus, les prix sont affichés et non négociés, pas de surprise Bref, n’hésitez pas !

Lamentable. Aucun support client. Donc prier pour ne pas avoir de problème. Après avoir attendu 10min un chauffeur qui ne trouvaient ni notre géolocalisation (de l’application) ni le nom de l’hôtel. Une blague. Faire appel à des pro
