Tenía un descuento para mis 3 primeros viajes, solo se aplicó en el primero, contacté con atención al cliente hice todo lo que me solicitaron y seguían sin aplicarse. App deficiente funcionan mucho mejor Bolt y Uber además de que esta última suele ser más económica.
Very expensive trips and they don't leave you at your destination then you have to walk because of the lousy drivers and the customer service I also do not recommend
Estoy simplemente enamorada de esta aplicación. Taxis súper baratos puntuales y los conductores muy muy amables.
I don’t know what’s wrong with your drivers, is not the first time they have not idea where they need to pick me up, I can guess when a request come up they can see where I’m, so seems they have not clue how to read a map. On the other hand your app is not working properly, many times happening that, doesn’t show on the map where the driver is going after my request, many times they took the wrong way/direction and I need to wait quite long for my cab, is not my network connection problem
My friend and I used eCabs during our stay in Malta and it was the best decision we’ve made! The drivers are very friendly, helpful and they are good at their job. All the cars are really fancy and cool, and the ride it’s always quite cheap. Now that I am back to my country, I miss it! 100% recommended 👍🏼
