Over het algemeen ben ik zeer tevreden met de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de app. Ook de geleverde dienst en ervaringen met chauffeurs waren prima. Echter ben ik teleurgesteld dat je persoonlijke telefoonnummer openlijk wordt gedeeld met alle chauffeurs! Dit zou verborgen moeten blijven, zoals ook Bolt doet. Implementeer anonieme telefonie binnen de app a.u.b. Verder miste ik de Apple Pay betaaloptie! Die was voorheen nog wel beschikbaar. Herstel Apple Pay a.u.b.
Useless app if you want to pay with American Express. They do not accept this as form of payment.
I tried this once, never again. Wanted a ride. I’m there in 14 mins the driver let me know. 25 minutes later finally his car started to move toward me, then away from me!! After 25 mins I cancelled the ride. Cost me money for nothing!! Thanks Bilal with your orange Peugeot.
Fine cab service only disadvantage is that you don’t see the price of the ride until you book it. You are forced to book to check the costs
Een taxi nodig!? Ga naar de App, vul je locatie in waarop je wilt worden opgehaald en de bestemming.. je ziet meteen hoe lang het duurt en hoeveel je kwijt bent aan de rit.. ideaal;-)

The app changed my driver twice and after 30 mins waiting the driver decided to cancel my ride. I called and have been informed that they are partners cannot communicate with their drivers. So why I am using the app ???? ECabs should be responsible once supporting these rides. Anyway you’re useless
