CAN’T CHANGE OR EDIT THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION thru this app!! Pumunta na ako sa cebuana sinabi ko na sakanila itong concern ko, ang sabi saakin 24-48hours pero it’s more than 48 hours na ngayon hindi parin napalitan yong moblie number ko!

Meh it’s asking me that the details i gave is wrong which is not bruh you guys should fix this shi.

I have downloaded,deleted and downloaded this app again because I can’t go on with the registration.It always say wrong information but may information entered are all correct. What a useless app.

sends otp but app says not processed!?

When i put big amount of money and i need to pay bills or transfer money to other bank account theres always be a problem??? cant open cant transfer???? it always say the system is having a problem why it always like this when i put big amount of money?

The cebuana apps is not working properly in my phone😭

The application looks perfect and easy but it won’t show you what is the mistakes and when your’e done with everything that’s the timw it would say your middle name is incorrect, I don’t have middle name. No button to select no middle name. After I submit photo of ID I answered questions it says registration is not successful but it says Congratulations you are now registered before that. This suckss, tried multiple times and was informed to go the pawnshop such a BS app. Take this down! you just got my information

Money transfer has been a hassle because of the frequent Internal server errors. It has become so annoying. I keep refreshing my app and I even change my network provider just to open the app but it still won’t open.

Pakibalik ang pera ko. Napaka bulok ng serbisyo niyo. Diyos ko naman Cebuana mas nabigyan mo lang ako ng stress. Dina matapos tapos ang error ng app niyo. Last ko na to sa inyo I swear. Kung may minus 0 pa ang ratings dito, I'll do it a 100 times.
