App is very basic. It remember me Google Wifi 10 years ago. Terrible implementation for a wifi app. Ridiculous Parent Control. Very few options to control network. I do NOT recommend.

I am using Amazon login and get logged out constantly which make annoying to use, plus does not recognize phones that were previously connected and sends nonsense notifications. Need a massive UX review.

Extremely simple app, I having problems with my internet provider and the eero router doesn’t provide a simple log of downtime. I can't limit visitor speed and usage. The application has stopped in time, there is no point in supporting Wi-Fi 6 and not bringing new features, I will probably substitute the five eero routers for another brand next year.

Não conecta fica só azul

Existe uma thread aberta sobre isso já mais de 4 anos, mas nunca implementaram. Isso faz com que seja necessário usar um outro roteador entre o eero e o aparelho da operadora (ONU).

It’s a trouble that the app doesn’t have rhe possibility of inserting Brazil’s mobile number when configurating the account. Hope you guys will solve this.

For register need cell phone, but no option to select Brazil

I can’t believe that this solution doesn’t include more countries for cell phone confirmation. It’s a very good system but this issue is not acceptable.

Excelente aparelho para espalhar Wi-Fi na casa toda mantendo a velocidade do roteador. Fácil de usar e configurar.
