Very good speed looking forward to using it

Need for Enhanced Security Features

While the app provides a variety of useful functions, it falls short in the area of security. Given that children can easily access the app and change important settings, it’s crucial to implement extra security measures. Features like Face ID or fingerprint authentication would significantly enhance the app’s security, preventing unauthorized access and ensuring that settings remain unchanged unless verified by the appropriate user. Until these security enhancements are added, the app remains vulnerable to unintended alterations, which can be frustrating for parents and guardians. Strengthening login protocols with biometric authentication would greatly improve the overall user experience and provide peace of mind knowing that the app’s settings are secure. This review highlights the importance of additional security features and suggests biometric authentication as a solution to prevent unauthorized access by children.

Ever since the update the app has gone to the dogs, it doesnt lod properly and asks me to log in everytime. Pull your finger out and get this sorted please! It used to be top banana

They have broken the app

Has been brilliant. Now someone has broken it. Well done. Now constantly asks you to login and doesn’t let you 9 times out of 10. I have been a major advocate of this with many people buying this on my recommendation…. I can only apologise. If it isn’t broken…

Doesn’t work day one

Can’t get it to connect! Tried for hours and told to contact customer services, but it’s closed! Boom. No TV, no internet, nothing!

Awful App

You have no idea if the app has stopped working because it has lost internet, or if it is doing something. I guess they have the app and not a web based set up, so Amazon can spy on us even more. Big mistake buying Eero

Connection failure

I’m on my second eero router and still having connection problems waiting for talk talk to sand a new router as there saying it must be a router fault
