Extremely unprofessional company
DONT USE THIS CAR COMPANY, absolutely unprofessional!!!!
1) so many steps to start or end a trip.
2) taking pictures before and after.
3) refueling the car after every trip( other wise big fine more expensive than the rental itself.
4) mention the parking area before ending trip( other wise will end up with daily fines which is my case now).
5) If you call the customer service, robots answer to you not humans and nobody solves or want to solve anything because it’s the company policy!
I can’t believe how frustrating and robotic the employees of the company are and the company policies, company doesn’t care for their user no matter what.
Log in and price
Frankly, it takes so much time to log in, take pictures, open the car etc and while you’re doing this they charge you. Also there’s no option to reserve the car without being charged while you’re reaching the car like Udrive does. The price isn’t clear as well as the fuel consumption.
