Prenez Udrive c’est des voleurs Ils vont facturer 100€ au lieu de 60€ de base car j’avais pas remis d’essence alors qu’elle avait plus de 50%

Dirty cars and parking issues

This service is a real scam where cars are extremely dirty. They even send you fine for after your rental period! To avoid at all cost

They will literally steal your money !!!

Worst company ever in only one month I had so manyyy problems with them just horrible … They charge me 350 aed because I was 10 min late to give back the car … the car it self cost 150 aed to rent daily how’s that possible especially I call them before giving back the car and told them I’m gonna be late because I need to refuel the car they told don’t worry it’s okay ! 350 aed a steal they have full access to your bank account and they will charge so many extra amount without even asking you or telling you !!! Be careful so many hidden fees it cost way more to rent a car with them than any other company in the UAE do not use ! Or pay the price….

Run just get yourself a taxi

I can’t even start how many problems i had with this company. I hope one day they will just disappear from my view. The service is HORRIBLE like i never faced a service that bad. please please if you don’t want to get your money stolen just don’t download this app and run as far as you can. Update : They said they can’t see my name in their data base those people are lying then my comment is not taken seriously. I can’t answer to their answer but what they dont know is that i can update my review. It is impossible that they can’t find my name lol. It’s not my type to give a bad review but those people deserve it so much. Never never use this app or use it one time and see how much it is bad guys.

Don’t use this App!!

Worst app I have ever used!! they make you charge huge amount of money for cleaning fee when the cars are always very dirty.(around 50AED) and over fees that are not comprehensive!! It cost at lot of money for no actually reasons... A JOKE!! better off getting a taxi!!! Don’t use this app!!

Not easy-to-use anymore

I’m not using Ekar anymore since it became so tricky to unlock the cars. We can’t unlock it from home, and the customer service can’t even help us by doing it on the phone anymore. Furthermore, most of the cars are now daily rentals, which we can’t rent per minute. Could Ekar come back to an easy-to-use system like it use to be before?

They Charged me > 4000,00 AED for a small Crack in the front bumper

They charged me more than 4,000.00 AED for a small crack in front bumper... I was using ekar services for a couple of months now, everything was good till I bumped a car, I still believe it’s not my mistake, but since it was from the back I’m faulty, and here the worst @ekar experience start, First they charged me 1700,00 Aed they said it’s administrative fee , after one month they charged me again 2347 Aed, for a very small crack in the front bumper, It’s cheaper than a taxi But small accident they will absorb all your money, I’m not the only victim, so many other drivers had been victimized by this company read their review in Ekar Facebook page. Better rent for a whole day from other companies and insure yourself or be a victim... 🤬😡😡😡
