I go to get free rubies and it doesn’t let me go earn any or anything just a issue that i mentioned about awhile back and it got ignored then I have to go in for another ticket again to try to get that fixed and I keep getting glitches , it goes out of the app multiple time while I am playing

Experienced serious glitches causing game completely unplayable. Continuously showing “please confirm and restart the game to get the latest changes”, which later transitions into a message of “please restart the app” with black background, forcing the player to restart only to see the same thing happen again and again.
When I clicked It says I’m not connected to the server I typed my password correct and I pretty sure I did right server and it’s not working.
Stopped playing for about a week or so and just came back and alllllll my progress has been wiped, opened it up and I was back in the tutorial for some reason, waste of time

Fix the currency conversion for Christ sake. U can’t tell me one gold coin at the master black smith can only get me 2 sliver ones and then tell me in need 5 silver ones to get a gold one. Like atleast give me 3 or 4 slivers for my gold coin. I’m cool with a little disparity but not that much.
