Treatment of customers
Hi everyone, the game itself is nice and joyful. But there are many issues with customer support. I get charged at local currency rate and the amount i pay is much more than the real rates of banks at my place meaning that i overpay up to 8% each purchase made. When i email support team the amount of time needed to respond is 4-5 days and sometimes they not even bother to do so and respond. This is unacceptable and has to get attention on it. I am not satisfied with the services i get , even if i am spending a lot of money they dont bother to provide essential service for this.
