After paying the annual subscription and getting my kids hooked on nightly reads, I cannot log in anymore, it just says “ Oops”, customer service not responding for three weeks, my kids are heartbroken. Very very very dissapointed with a very expensive app subscription! I will modify my review to a three star if they ever answer!

We signed up for this via an Apple subscription. It was a pretty great app for the yearly cost and books available.. After about a week or two, the login stopped working. I have tried to reset passwords, login with Apple and submitted two tickets this month. Zero response despite paying for a yearly subscription.
