I originally thought this service was great, my son enjoys reading, however the reading activity no longer updates and has been stuck for 2 weeks. I have opened support tickets and noone has followed up with me, It’s like there is no tech support for this product. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing , I don’t want to pay for a service that has no support.

I have just recently downloaded this app on Thursday, and it is the best reading app I have ever installed. It’s worth it! I have never read on a better app than this! I love the huge variety of book options, and I particularly enjoy reading the “My Pet Slime” series, both the original and the diaries. Both of them have juicy details and illustrations that pop out of the page. And I also enjoyed reading some books about animals and science, because I always wanted to learn about them. Any kids who love to read will absolutely adore Epic. I love to read too, thanks to the creators of Epic. I used this app a few years ago when I was younger, and I’m very glad to be back. I highly recommend Epic to any kids who really love to read. Thank you!

I just downloaded this for my daughter as she uses it for school and really enjoys it. However the app seems to get stuck when trying to select a plan after the trial period and will not move forward. We have to force close the app. So we are limited in features available to us even though we'd like to purchase the full content so we're pretty bummed about that. Will try the limited version for now but may just delete the app since full features aren't available.

I was reading and finished a titanic book, I wanted to read another one but for some reason, my minutes won't respond, not even a single minute, we have more glitches where epic won't let me finish the book because the minute glitch, Can you help resolve this?

Hello,my name is Linsey and I am 36 years old and I have 3 children. One that is 4 years old named Kevin. Another named Jacob that is 6 years old. Then one named Mary that is 12 years old. Kevin and Jacob LOVE Epic so much, and I do too cause it has some great books and great things for kids to learn. There are about 400,000+ books for kids. About 40+ of those books are not good for 4 year olds and 6 year olds. On Epic there are these options that say “select age” or something like that. And when Kevin is in it I click 4 years because he’s 4. And they do great books for 4 year olds. And Ken Jacob is in it i do 6 years cause he’s 6. But one day Kevin was on Epic looking at some books then he came with “The September 11th attacks” and he listened to it and HE UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING!! Not good for 4 years olds to know about the attacks at 4 years old. Of course!! Please have it at like 7-11 of the attacks but probably not -6. Please fix this.

The content is mediocre at best Plus customers service is non existent. My payment fell through twice, so I used different card. Later in the week after 5 days I was using all three cards. Get the hint! There is good movie called Fat boy r….. . Plenty of good apps with. Good customer out there (October 2024)

Epic is a story time app and me and my sister love hearing exiting stories kids should download epic it very fun for all ages

My experience with family EPIC has been disappointing. I was unable to upgrade my subscription and receive the discounted rate even after placing two support tickets, multiple follow ups and an attempt to contact through social media. Support failed me and I tried for 1 month. I decided to pay full price for the year as I was told it’s a good resource. Now that I have paid, the site is glitchy and the completed books are not registering. Again, I’ve attempted to contact support. Based on this, I recommend not upgrading and allowing your child to use at school only. Not worth it in my opinion and I wish support would be available.
