Difficult to Cancel
I was happy with an app until I want to cancel it. I have unsubscribed since December but I still got charged for that. I have an evidence that I have cancelled in Jan so I contacted the help chat on the app. Not even offer me an alternative way to send an evidence (e.g. email) only cancel an refund the money that they charged me in Feb. Expect better service than this from global company. Please have a look on this matter in your system also.
