Wish there was an actual set currency of the country you’re in so you know what you’re actually paying.

It a scrams don’t buy on this I lost 72$ for a t shirt who cost me 8$ and the didn’t send me the rest of my shipping 😡

Just for them to ship to Canada costs a ton of money that they don’t refund, and on top of that you have to pay to ship it back. The quality feels cheap and the refunding policy is terrible. They also do not show how much items are in CAD currency.

This app is terrible. Constantly freezes and doesn’t add or delete products from cart. Also, I noticed the prices on the app are much cheaper than the prices on the website. i’ve never bought from pretty little thing and I’m very hesitant because of how this app performs and I don’t trust it to, one bill me correctly and two, not charge me twice.

44$ for shipping!? i just check for a simple t shirt and its like 7$ and with the shipping its literally 51$ 🤨?????? i am so sad bc last summer i have buy a short and the shopping was like 11$ i miss a chapter?😂

Charged me US, would give it zero starts if I could. Total scam.

I’ve already seen some complaints about the lack of available currencies on the app, including CAD as well as the response from the developer. They said that the app only runs for selected territories but I still think it’s a shame. Having to go on the desktop version to check the real prices is not always convenient and makes the app useless somehow… In addition to that, I’m unable to see my entire wishlist on the app, it always displays just the first items of the list and once again, I have to switch to the desktop version. Overall, good user experience but that would be awesome to have the aforementioned issues fixed.

I have a bug in my app which doesn’t allow me to take any items out of my cart, also, it doesn’t let me move anything to my saved list. Because of this, I have a Bajillion amount of things in my account cart, but I cannot remove them making my shopping experience a little hectic because I’m not able to buy anything because I don’t wanna buy everything in my cart.

They shipped my order to the wrong address and wouldn’t let me change it or cancel the order. Also charged me in USD w no indication until payment went thru ://

We need to see picture reviews of the items. Blind buying costs us when the product isn’t to our expectations. Also, why is the app forcing me to receive notifications? Great app overall, great clothes. It just needs those little tweaks to make the experience a 10/10.
