Worst scan app now
Used to be so user friendly. Now its just a mess to even use. Have to go between apps just to send out the scans. Can’t even see the border of what I’m scanning. App just doing random stuff and makes it a chore to edit. If there is are negative stars update, this is right down there. Load of rubbish.
Poor update.
Once a great app (fast scans, intelligent recognition of corners, intuitive UI, ease of exporting scans to other apps, ease of switching image or pdf outputs). After the update, it requires logins incessantly. It’s one thing to require an Evernote account - I can live with that - but WHY isn’t the app remembering my logins? Why do I have to login repeatedly?
This is the first time in 15 years I’m leaving a one star review. I’m IRKED. 🤬
THIS APP MADE ME WRITE MY FIRST EVER REVIEW!
From being the Best ⦊ Worst!
Not 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 is it forcing you to save to Evernote, I couldn't even log in to my Evernote account! 🤬
I'm DEFINITELY DELETING BOTH APPS!
The Files App has a FREE Scanner Built in!
Looks like that's what I'm using from now on!
Useless now
I have paid Evernote, but don't need to save everything scanned to my notebiok. Pls give us back ability to send scanned pdf through WhatsApp!!
No longer useful
One of my best app which I have used for quite sometimes. But recent update is a total disappointment as it no longer support sending scanned doc to email directly. Now becomes super inconvenient for use and would likely remove it from my mobile device for good.
Amazing until update
I have used and loved scannable for years. But with the latest update, I am no longer able to directly send or save my scans to iCloud or other apps. Now the only option is to save my scan to Evernote. In order to do anything else with the document, I now have to go to the Evernote app, download the scan, open it, and then share. Why fix what wasn’t broken? Please bring back a direct share feature!
Rating goes from excellent to average, and now to bad
I do not know how to use this if you do not install Evernote. So sad and disappointed that I have to uninstalled an app that I had promoted to so many friends and colleagues.
Why did you remove functionality?
Yes make it a subscription… make it so that you need 10000 more steps and a monthly subscription just to get 1 simple scan. Goodbye Scannable
Scan blackout and can’t send using Evernote
It used to be the best app for scanning. However, lately you can’t send using the app, got to download Evernote and send via Evernote. The app become very inconvenience as there seems to be some bug, black screen and can’t send file out. Hope app can be updated again
Unusable as a independent app
This app was perfect as a standalone app, but was updated to force users to:
1) login using an Evernote account
2) Scans are only accessible on the Evernote app
This is now a useless app
