Evernote Scannable Reviews

Unusually without Premium

Used to be a good app. Now you can’t do anything with a scan without a paid subscription. Deleted.

Used to be good!

I’ve used this app for years! It was so easy to scan then immediately se d it go photos, save the scan as a file, or share via email and the like! Now they’ve joined the money grab! Now they are forcing you to save scans yo Evernote where they pester you to pay for a subscription. I don’t want to always use Evernote! So…I’m being forced to find another scanner app. Likely I will get all my stuff off Evernote and stop using it, too. I don’t like sticking with companies who don’t honor their longstanding customers! What’s sad is that scannable is a 5-star app. The change and the money grab make it, maybe, a 2-star app!

Deleting this app for good

I shouldn’t need to create an account to save something generated by my own camera on my own camera roll. It used to work just fine that way. Now it feels like a personal info grab.

Paywalled + Evernote Account

You used to be able to scan documents and send them and share them for free. Now you have to pay either 2.99 a month or pay for an Evernote account, which they claim is free, but every time I open the Evernote app, I’m told I have to pay. And the Evernote subscription is way higher.

Money Grubbing Scum

Scannable is totally useless. No way anyone in their right mind would pay these money grabbers 36 per year. For the same reason anyone would pay these people 140 for an over priced Evernote App. There’s so much better out there. When they go out of business, then they will have learned a valuable lesson. And, that lesson is, you don’t screw your customers. Goood bye forever. 😀

Worthless

I once used this app regularly, but now it keeps pushing me to subscribe to Evernote. Honestly, I would pay for this app if I could export my scanned files directly to email or other sharing options. But I don’t want Evernote, and I resent the push. They took a great app and ruined it. I’ve deleted it from my phone. ✌🏻

Used to be a useful app.

Scannable by Evernote used to be very user-friendly. Now they’ve gotten greedy and they want to charge an extra subscription on top of our Evernote subscription just to share documents from the app. You have to save it to Evernote and share it from Evernote, which is an extra step in the process. I already pay for premium Evernote, Scannable you need to stop being greedy.

Used to be great, now it’s too expensive

Paying a monthly fee to scan a doc is not worth it. Used to be free and worked flawlessly. There are plenty of free options out there that work just as well if not better. Bye bye scannable, it was nice while it lasted, best of luck with subscriptions.

I’d give it 5 stars if they brought back the version of old

I’m not paying f-ing $3 a month or ridiculous Evernote fees to use this.. I’ve have Scannable for maybe 10 years?? Phenomenal. Now it’s requiring the garbage EverNote or $3 a month to save it to your files. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN or sway others to use it now. I’ll find another app or use the stupid notes one in Apple…

Unfortunate

Not being able to save scans to camera roll or files without purchasing a subscription has been a dealbreaker. This was once such a great app, it’s unfortunate to see it fall like this.
