Great app, easy to use
Just when I think it is working well, something happens and it doesn’t. It feels like it is one step forward, 2 steps back. The dates on messages now don’t show when the message was received, they all just say today’s date. Read messages remain unread. It’s slow and its responsiveness is intermittent. Come on tech guys, make it better as it’s letting the booking.com brand down.
Sadly, I was having issues navigating normally to view my upcoming reservations. When I press there the app shuts down. As opposed to the ‘Calender’ etc the other shuts the app down. I’ve deleted and uploaded multiple times but still the same issue. HEEEEEELP!!!
This platform is very helpful for small businesses too
This app is getting worse. Every time there is an update something else stops working. In bookings calendar all the days are mixed up. It goes like Tue wed wed fri sat sun mon. Very confusing. Although it’s 13th today , it’s showing 14th. One minute messages there and the next minute it’s gone. Very frustrating to work with please sort it out and ones you fixed it, leave it alone.
Speed is lacking and constantly becomes clunky
Guests send messages and you have no idea until you open the app yourself. If have guest messages sent to your email, the link in the email does not take you to the message in the app. No notifications badge counts appear, even though I choose to be notified this way. It’s been like this for years and we get poor communication reviews when the fault actually lies with BDC. Poor show given how much they charge hosts. AirBnb is cheaper, better interface and far better support and flexibility around reservations.
App has faults - cannot see my bookings which is not useful… and impossible to get hold of booking dot com through the app … they just dont call you back …. Cant change the rates .. some pages just stopped working
Have had a spinning wheel on my bookings tab for about 2 months. Multiple phone callls and emails have not provided a solution. Have been told by support that the pulse app is maintained by a third party, not in house, and BDC apparently have no way to fix it. I’m away to Airbnb
Now when you hit “Bookings” your bounced out of the app every time. And a continued red mark to indicate a notification is present when there is no notification at all. Terrible app when you consider how much booking.com charge simple to be one of many channel managers using our own website. Total rip-off!
