I love Dr Mindy but this app doesn’t work on iPhone The app isn’t allowing me to input anything!

Needs work

No workie right on

I got this app hoping it could be a great addition to the Fast Like a Girl Lifestyle. However it is super glitchy. It sometimes skips ahead to a phase that I’m not on. I also wish that it gave a more extensive food list of the foods to eat during the phases. Instead it just suggests one oil to be eating…. Either flax or pumpkin. It could be a really great asset, and I do hope that the producers of the app fix it up and make it worthwhile as it has the potential to be really helpful to anyone using the FLAG approach. Please do fix it!!!!

Menopause

I don’t know what to choose for the first question. Im menopausal, no period for a few years. It asks,”when was the start of your last period”. It won’t allow me to choose a few years back🤷🏻‍♀️. Or you can choose “ moon cycle”; which I had to look up the meaning of. That doesn’t apply to me either. I’m disappointed with the app.

App seems to get stuck on day 20 and won’t seem to move passed it. I’ve been stuck on day 20 now for about a week! Also don’t love that I can’t see the month in full to see when the phases are changing so I can meal plan for it.

The app does not properly count the days - it does not keep track of the days of the cycle properly. Lots of helpful info, but without proper tracking it’s useless.

I entered my last cycle date and the power phase 1-10 didn’t update. I’m supposed to be on the second power phase as I’m on cycle day 16. I tried deleting and re-installing but the issue persists.

It didn’t switch out of power phase days 1-10 once I added my cycle. I was in the second power phase so I figured it would correct itself when I went onto nurture phase. It still has not updated. I tried switching from moon cycle back to menstrual but no luck. App doesn’t appear to be working for indicating which phase I am on.

Been tracking cycle, mood, sleep, energy, etc for a week then it crashed. Won’t let me re-open the app even after restarting phone. I uninstalled it.

Menopause so this is useless

Can’t use the ap as I’m in menopause and it doesn’t track what I need. Wish you could select the fasting protocol that’s in appendix c of her book and it would help guide you thru it. Maybe next update??

Worst app ever

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe she would think this is something worth having. Looks like it was thrown together by an 8 yr old just so Mindy could say “we’ve got an app to accompany the book”. Completely useless. If she would incorporate true tracking like the Simple app does, to know when I’m in fat burning, or autophagy, etc… and to truly track a cycle, then it would be of use. Pure garbage.
