Fast Like a Girl FAQ
Is Fast Like a Girl free?
Yes, Fast Like a Girl is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Fast Like a Girl legit?
⚠️ The Fast Like a Girl app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I love that you can use this app to track when to fast, but i have no clue what comes tomorrow. I follow the moon phase int he app, and it would be really helpful if the app could give a heads up the day before if you're supposed to continue feast og fast. I never know, and it's very hard to plan anything around when the different phases will come. It's also hard to navigate the app in general. It's a good concept, but not thorough enough.
Love the book and concept: Please make the app better
Please make this app better and more functional. It would be super useful then! It seems unmodern as it is and is hard to use. Lots of potential.
Not for non-menstruating women.
Not for non-menstruating women. It won’t let me choose the last time I menstruated in 2021. It keeps resetting to 2024.
So much potential
The APP could be really awesome but it does not follow the cycle properly. After putting in my cycle date it puts me on the wrong time in the fasting cycle, I thought I found a hack by using the last day of my last period but then the app will randomly put me on a different day in the cycle. For instance, today I should be home in feasting and it’s got me in the power phase. The. Tracking app portion isn’t very good either. The information section on keto biotic and hormone feasting is nice. You can’t track your food and you can’t plan ahead. I really wish they would fix these things in the app because this could be a really awesome app to track your period tracker food intake, and keep up with the proper fasting cycles. Everyone I know who has read the book feels like they want a good app.
Glitches are intense
I would really like the developer of this app to fix the issues because it would be a great app to utilize.
It will not allow me to change the date of my period, and the interface is misaligned with the press options.
It could have a lot to offer but without someone fixing the significant issues with using the app, it’s not going to do well. Wish someone would get on it…
I sure wish this app was working correctly
There is a lot to keep track of on this lifestyle plan. It would be so much easier to do with an app like this. I’m just starting out and was hoping to find something to make it easier. Please update this app it’s got all the right bones.
Maybe helpful but what if you don’t have a cycle?
Would have been nice to include strategies for post menopausal fasting. Seems like the app is being promoted as something it’s not. Too bad.
Very disappointed
Just, I mean JUST, downloaded the app. I can’t get past the “when was the last date of your cycle.” It will NOT let me put in any date other than today. I even unchecked the moon cycle option. It’s been 14 years since I had a cycle. I want something to help me with the 30 day reset but I’m not even seeing that as an option. I was hoping this app would work because I’m not spending $600 annually to join the club on the website. Cut that price in half and maybe I’d do it.
I wish I read the reviews
This app would have been so cool, but instead it’s just lame.
It DOES NOT change with your cycle and there’s no way to get it out of the current cycle that it’s in.
Deletes info & wrong phase
With correct cycle Information, showing the wrong phase. Also, sometimes deletes my pre inserted bleed week marks and selections.
