This is easily the worst banking app I’ve ever used. Constantly getting the “unable to authenticate” error when using the touch login function. If it at least gave me the option to login manually, I wouldn’t mind, but of course it doesn’t. Closing and reopening the app doesn’t work. Turning my phone off and on again doesn’t work. If I’m lucky, the app will magically start working again.
