bad I can’t access my account about to close it down and why do you start what you can’t do now putting everyone on stress

Do not upgrade. Not working on iOS

At first I found it difficult to use the latest version, but it’s cool. Better than all the previous versions

Pls guys try and do something on this app is real stressing , I can’t access my app because my other phone is currently damage and I opened it online no card , no pin, so how do I access my app.

I don’t know if this an iOS issue or general. My app keeps hanging. Deleted and reinstalled and it’s still the same this. This is becoming annoying and it delays me. Kindly look into this bug. Also could we get a feature that helps hide account balance whenever we open our app. Thanks

can’t enter the app why and how this bank is not first its last bank

The app is stressful to use , accepting T&A every time performing transaction , Network delays affect Otp most time in that case transaction wld be delayed !

Pls privacy should be number one priority why can’t someone hide his/her balance for god sake.

It keeps freezing for no reason and it’s so slow I’m finna cry

Why does this app hang when trying to make transfer to their banks? I should point out that the transfer works sometimes
