This app could be more helpful if it was more accurate and actually tracking the buses. I have no idea why the app only works like one time a week maybe but in order for me to monitor when my child gets to school and get home from school I need this app to WORK! Fix it please and thank you.

Never works when I need it

App always glitches

The route only notifies you the first time that the bus passes by your location you picked. So I get a notification 40 minutes BEFORE the bus gets anywhere near picking my kids up because we are so close to where the route starts. Fix this.

The app maybe works like 15% of the time and is honestly just a really bad app that never works. The button that shows it to refresh is just gone now. The accuracy is just well quite frankly terrible. I obviously understand it’s not going to be 100% accurate but, there are sometimes it’s not even close to being accurate as it never updates live as to where the bus currently is.

Update 4-10-24 App has not worked for a week. Don’t rely on it! Changing my review of the app…. I loved this app and would have given 10 stars. I still think it is a great app. I have had issues this year and the support help wasn’t responding or would respond in another language of characters. After 3 attempts to reach support I left my experience here and the next day the app worked perfect! Maybe coincidence, I don’t know. It has worked perfect since and I am thankful. I’m not sure if there is an issue with emails all around but I have seen issues elsewhere so I am forgiving FirstView. I realize that school is just getting back and there is a shortage of everything these days so I wanted to come back and change my review of the app. If you can get the app to work properly, and you understand that sometimes busses break down or drivers call in sick etc. and don’t expect it to be 100% perfect all of the time, you will absolutely love this app! I honestly never want to be without it and would be very disappointed if it was taken away. Even though I can track my sons bus, we open the door and watch for 10 minutes before the bus shows that it is in our area. It is a great tool but life happens. We have to use technology as a tool and not a definite. It is also worth noting, the support desk has reached out to me and is looking into the other language issue that I had. Thankfully I still had a screenshot. I deleted the email right away because I didn’t know if it was contagious! Lol. Download the app, get it set up properly, enjoy the benefits of having “an idea” when the bus will be there.

I realized I can not navigate the app, can not view the map too.

As a parent it was nice to know our sons school provided a tool to easily locate him to know when he would arrive home. However, this app is extremely buggy and I usually have to open and close the app several times to view the map. I also don’t receive notifications all the time as to when he enters the geo fence to alert me he’s almost at his stop. Hoping with time and patience this app can be fixed and work everytime I open it….the first time I open it lol

This app should track the bus at pick up from home to school. Not just from school to home. It would be very helpful, especially in winter season when children are sometimes waiting up to 15 minutes outside in the cold.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The AirTag in my kid’s backpack provides better, more accurate tracking than this worthless app. Tracking only works if your kid is on their designated bus with their designated driver. Combined route? No tracking. Sub driver? No tracking. Late bus? No tracking. Kids in our district swipe an ID card to get on/off so why can’t the app track based on that? It would eliminate the 50 different schedules I have to set up to ensure we can track every late start, half day, early release, normal start time, normal end time. Absolutely worthless app. My kid could design a better one.
