The watch itself isn’t great too but least is cheap and simple to use. But the app is so bad. Clunky, takes ages to sync, crashes very regularly, info not presented very well. Even when just used as a step counter it’s not very accurate.

Doesn’t Work!

Since moving to the versa 2 I consistently don’t get any data. I did find that charging it regardless of battery amount that it would update my steps for the day. However my sleep was very hit and miss. Now since the last update it’s not giving me any data, so frustrating and pointless! I really don’t recommend this watch.

No Longer Fit For Purpose

Rubbish nowadays. Nothing like it was. Half a dozen attempts to sync with the app, taking ages. No challenges, no groups etc. absolute pile of poop. Since Google took over it’s gone downhill and they aren’t listening! Bring back groups and challenges please and stop making the app a skeleton of its former self!

App has slowed down considerably since last update. Slow to open exercise stats and often freezes. Never had any issues before latest update.

The new style of colours is less user friendly, the sleep tracker is much harder to read, latest update keeps reverting figures to yesterdays data. Stop trying to fix what isn’t broken - it was great before, so disappointing now.

Useless! Used to work like a dream until they updated the app to the new look version we have today. Now when you try to dig down into the activity data, the screen just freezes.

Useful for keeping track of your step count, calorie burn and other factors and general approach to fitness. If you’re interested in that sort of thing.

Since google has taken over, I’ve seen problem after problem. It’s just gotten worse, it feels like they are slowly killing the franchise off. Sleep data interface is unreadable and not user friendly, step count is unpredictable and unreliable, and all you get it false promises saying it will get fixed or resolved and it never does. Already joining the others with looking for a different fitness tracker Update: Doesn’t even give you any feedback on duration of exercise now. And is giving diffent steps on the same day? This has been increasingly becoming the worst fitness tracker.
