I registered with my Hong Kong mobile number but never received the confirmation sms. Changed to Chinese number, it didn’t work either. Is it mandatory to have a Spanish phone number to register an account? I don’t have one!

Tried this app three times Every time it quotes a price around EUR 8-10 and at the end the app overcharged me to EUR 26-36 Annoyed by sending emails asking for the reason and calculation breakdown

Wait 20mins and the driver cancel order 2times in a 5 degree night

This app is a fraud! A 30 mins drive was charged for £150! Another time after I placed an order and waited for half hour the drive did not move at all. If I canceled the order I would be charged for £5 paying toward the driver, ridiculous. Obviously this company also buy ratings and makes it look like a popular app.

This application is a complete disgrace. Waiting for more than 30mins for a car with cancellation once and eventually got no car to take me to the train station, I am even wrongly charged for one order. Please consider when you install this application.

The driver is late and overcharged

Simply an app to facilitate taxi drivers to cheat on you!

I ordered twice from Now Free it was totally a fraud! First ordered in June 2021, the cost was £9, eventually l found the driver went to the wrong hotel, when we arrived my hotel the driver charged me £13 for the meter which was not my fault! Second ordered on 31st October 2021, cost was £141 from 92 Chancery Lane city of London to St Lawrence college in Kent. The app kept showing the driver will be there in 6 minutes, 7 minutes, 9 minutes, 11 minutes..... eventually l waited for an hour with 2 kids under 5 degree!! At last, I found the driver stopped on 40 Chancery Lane when the app showed the driver was waiting for me! I asked him why he stopped on 40 Chancery Lane instead of 92 Chancery Lane? He kept ask me “why you still waiting there?” And then he told me that he didn’t want to go anymore, and asked me to cancel my order which l refused! Eventually Free Now charged me £5 as cancellation fee! I reported to Free Now what was going on? They promised me will take investigate and refund to me, unfortunately l haven’t receive my refund until today, they even promised will credit £10 to my account for apologies which was another cheating, whatever how many emails l sent to Free Now they just said they did credit! It is totally a FRAUD!! Free Now should provide a contact number that for the customers for emergency like the drivers cheat on them, except Free Now agreed with all the bad drivers.
