Why do you charge more than the actual price the driver confirmed????

We used the app in Naples, the beginning (accomodation) was starting good, we headed to starting point of the travel, but before the start, like 10-20 minutes the app showed that in that moment they couldn’t send a driver because they’re busy. We were afraid of miss the airplane and freenow app showed the same thing. After 15-20 minutes we downlanded the Uber app, and about 15 minutes later we arrived the airport.

We used it in Rome. Preordered the AirPort transfer from the city days before the ride. I added the information about no. of passengers and no. of laggauges. On the day of the ride the driver approached me 30 minutes in advance and said we must be hurry due to the marathon in Rome. I said Ok. He asked about size of laggauges. (Just normal) He started to approach and suddenly he wrote he can’t take the ride as we don’t fit in the car. He fastly moved away from us. I cancelled the ride in the app. FREENOW wants to charge, while i was hunting for another transfer. So they not only caused a trouble with unfair behaviour but want to charge. I do nor recommend anyone using them.

Prebooked ride which was confirmed soon. We wanted to go to the airport. The ride was cancelled and we did not managed to find a new driver.

We wanted to get a driver in Italy, no driver was available and we still got charged.

drivers cancel on you all the time, impossible to get cars, once the app showed my driver was coming, after 20 min of waiting I called him and he said the app didnt even say he has to pick me up (wtf?) deleted it

Very bad app, I don’t recommend. Drivers cancel after waiting for so long

Athens airport is covered with ads for this app and since virtually none of the super shady taxi drivers in Athens accept credit cards or Applepay I thought I would try it. The gps feature is not very good. The contact driver feature did not work and after an hour and three drivers not showing up where we were supposed to meet I gave up and hired a cash driver. Bolt should go to Greece because this app is terrible.

Off to Barcelona and would have liked to use this app - however when trying to “sign up” a verified phone number the application simply doesn’t work. My husband tried too - no luck. Whether I went to the country “menu” pressed my country “nothing” or adding countrycode with a +xx or (xx) or 00 - nothing. Hopeless.
